What’s involved in THE Seed Scheme?

THE Seed Scheme is a 12 month program.

It is primarily delivered ONLINE but has remotely facilitated elements where Members gather locally with their POD.

There are three primary phases for THE Seed Scheme

THE Seed Scheme Intensive

This is an immersive, in community Experience that incorporates online engagement and offline gathering (with other POD Members)

This is critical and non-negotiable. It MUST be attended for the Member to continue to the next Phase.

Weekly training & POD Connection

For 12 months Members will have access to Weekly training, delivered online (live) and recorded (so it can be watched later) in Business/Leadership/Personal Growth and Technology.

These are held at the same time/day each week and email and app reminders are sent to Members to ensure they attend

Members will also have regular online and face to face gatherings with their local POD with support from a POD Facilitator.

This is important element and you will be providing Peer to Peer Mentoring and support to your other POD members – as well as receiving it yourself.

Engagement With THE Rural Woman Community

Members are given full access to THE Rural Woman community where they can expand their network of support and engage in the activity and communication that takes place in this safe space online. This is a very powerful network that is focused on creating a positive environment for growth and transformation.

Members must participate actively in all areas – because we know, that if they do, they will get results – and if they don’t…they won’t.

Members will be asked to sign agreements to the Partner who is subsidising them and their POD Members to promise accountability and commitment.
