Program Participants Agreement

Activating women in the dairy industry

Congratulations on being selected as a participant in the Activating women in the dairy industry program. A collaboration between Dairy Australia and THE Rural Woman.

This is just the beginning of a very exciting journey for you and the other womenjoining you in the program. This next 12 months is going to be a growth experience for you in business, leadership and personally. We are 100% committed to supporting you to achieve your dreams, but we need 100% commitment from you too!

By signing, I agree to do my very best to:*
- participate fully in he program, attending group coaching programs and upto 2 other Bloom events of my choosing
be open to trying new things and asking for help when I need it*

be the woman who raises others up and remains curious and open to all experiences*

Complete three surveys in regards to my progress over the 12 month program*

Communicate and network with others in this program, my coach and also the wider community*

By signing, I understand:*
- most of the events/training/mentoring is group based and delivered ONLINE
there is minimal 1:1 mentoring included in this program, but there are some options if I choose to take them up*

I have access to regular group mentoring*

if I have issues with the format, delivery or Program generally I will raise these with the Program Manager or Coach understanding my experience is unique to me*

By signing, THE Rural Woman agrees to:*
- provide weekly online training that is relevant, simple, and produces results
give you full access to THE Rural Woman member platform including social network, groups, content and event opportunities*
- give you full access to THE Rural Woman member platform including social network, groups, content and event opportunities
support you to create a successful business and a life that #blooms*
- support you to create a successful business and a life that #blooms
promote your events and activities through THE Rural Woman social media*
- promote your events and activities through THE Rural Woman social media
Provide you with 12 group coaching sessions, delivered online*
